Deposits & Payments

We have a 35 person minimum
for all staffed and non-staffed events

All large private and corporate functions

require a $500.00 non refundable deposit.

The remaining balance is due 15 days prior to the event when the final guest count is guaranteed.

 
A guaranteed number of guests is required 15 days prior to your function. The number may not be decreased once it is confirmed. However, increases may be made up to 5 working days prior to your event

For Large events of over 50  guests we will need your pre-selected menu at least 30 days prior to your event. Groups of 50 and under 2 weeks prior to event.  Selection of menus is not limited to the items listed. We will gladly create menus and arrange specialty items, buffets, or themes to suit your occasion.


 Additional Charges

Florida sales tax will be added to the final total.

There will be a production fee for all events excluding deliveries.
 
There will be a charge for deliveries within St. Johns County. Deliveries outside of St. Johns county will be subject to a delivery charge determined by location.

Traveling fees will apply to areas outside of St. Augustine
 
Florida sales tax will be added to the final total. There will be a production fee added to all staffed events. There will also be a hourly charge per staff/server. Number of staff/servers to be determined by us based on the final guest count, event type and plating options.

Cancellation Policy
A 72 hour notice is required for cancellation of small order deliveries under $250.00. We are sorry, but all cancelations with less than 72 hour notice will be billed at full price, minus any delivery fees.

​Cancellation of deposited events result in loss of the full deposit.

Be sure to let us know if you are providing your own or using a rental company

​Real china plates, flatware, glassware, etc. will incur an additional charge for clearing and clean-up of these items. Please notify us if you are using a rental company for these items so we can quote you accordingly

Real China Plate Package is available for events of 80 people or under. For events with 80 people or more please see one of the rental companies listed below

Real China Plate Package:
Classic white square contemporary plates, 10" dinner plate, 

salad plate, appetizer plate, linen-like napkin

and silver flatware

Basic Black Disposable Plate Package

Black round 10" dinner plate, salad or appetizer plate, white 1/8 fold napkin and black heavy duty flatware

China-like Disposables: 
Cost effective and very similar looking to the real thing

ivory plates with silver-rim,
10" dinner plate, salad plate,

appetizer plate and dessert plate

linen-like napkin and silver-like flatware
plus dessert forks
